The stay overall was good except one of the room given to me was no way in spacious room category so didn’t get the valu

It was a convenient location specially traveling back and forth from holy mosque plus it’s in the mall so shopping and food court is nearby.

The rooms I booked was in a spacious room category with separate sitting area, one of the room #826 was ok but the other one #928 was a small room where one side of the bed was squished to the wall and very inconvenient to get off the bed. I complaint to the manager to change the room to another one but he said we are fully booked so I requested for the next day but nothing happened till the day I checked out. Have to stay 3 nights in that small room, very inconvenient. The rest of the services were good and the staff was helpful

I barely make a review but this is a Perfect Hotel Very good location and the view is incredible specially from the 19th floor and above

The noise of the giant outside AC of the other hotel but you can deal with it

OK but definitely not 5 stars

Location is relatively close to Masjidil Haram but you have to change lifts (hotel lifts and complex/building lifts), so that takes time and can be quite long when it’s close to prayer times.

The bathroom is too small. It’s strange how the shower door is located facing in where you have to almost cross over the toilet bowl to get into the shower. The shower area is also too small and you keep knocking your arms and shoulders onto the glass wall and shower grab bars. Can’t imagine how it’s like for the elderly or bigger sized individuals.

Bad service wrong room given

My room was quadruple but was given 2 bed classic room (room#204). Abdelwahab on the reception counter said this is the correct room. I showed my reservation after wasting more than 1 hr they suggested to give another room (room # 2126) which was ok. They reception was supposed to relecate while i completed umrah but 2 hrs they still didnt finish my family is stuck in the other room. After whoch i called manager siraj who immediately took action. Wont be booking the hotel again ever!!

When we did sign in in hotel they didn't accept the visa...

When we did sign in in hotel they didn't accept the visa reservation , because visa card not with us , I show him my card on phone, and I told him to corporate with me but he refused. the payment of visa already done , they force us to pay money . I paid twice for room . Until now money form card not came back to card

Super close to haram and the atmosphere was awesome. The staff were reliable and responsive. The breakfast was delicious and meets different taste. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was an amazing stay and will definitely choose al marwa rayhaan for the next stay. I recommend.
