Good
Hotel itself maintains its luxury status Helpful staff Good breakfast
Now looks very basic for the price one pays. Newer hotels towards Jabl e Umar seem more suitable for the services provided & price charged Entrance to clock tower & the shared lifts remain a big problem. It wastes lot of time & adds to the maintenance issues leading up to the hotel

The stay overall was good except one of the room given to me was no way in spacious room category so didn’t get the valu
It was a convenient location specially traveling back and forth from holy mosque plus it’s in the mall so shopping and food court is nearby.
The rooms I booked was in a spacious room category with separate sitting area, one of the room #826 was ok but the other one #928 was a small room where one side of the bed was squished to the wall and very inconvenient to get off the bed. I complaint to the manager to change the room to another one but he said we are fully booked so I requested for the next day but nothing happened till the day I checked out. Have to stay 3 nights in that small room, very inconvenient. The rest of the services were good and the staff was helpful

Overall i realy enjoyed my trip. there were only few suggestions that can take them to next level
Breafast was not upto my expectations does not mean its not good. There were a lot of dishes but limited for chicken and Beef.Only one dish was served either chicken or beef if more dishes available that could have been awsome
lift system is horrible when u have to go to haram long wait . Within the hotel lift system is perfect
